Excited dog plays with baby

We could clearly see that the dog does not harm a baby. The dog is enjoying some playful time and showing care towards the baby. Dogs can be very playful to the baby and understands that is has to be very carful around babies, what do you guys think, are all dogs playful and carful around babies?
